Robert is a Summerville, South Carolina native and graduate of The University of South Carolina. In 1977, Robert launched his real estate career in The Lowcountry and has been a successful Commercial Realtor since. Robert is a CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member, an SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtor, and a GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute. Throughout his career, Robert has served on many professional and community boards and committees, including President - Commercial Investment Properties Council of Charleston, Economic Development Coalition Chair - South Carolina Association of Realtors, President - South Carolina Association of Realtors, Founder/President -Summerville-Dorchester Museum, Chair - Rotary Club of Summerville Child Abuse Committee, and Summerville Presbyterian Church Prison Ministries Program. Robert’s strong dedication to both his profession, and community have earned him many awards, including The Order of The Palmetto from Governor Mark Sanford, The Bert Cicenia Award for work with Summerville Children in Crisis, as well as The Mark Chamblee Grassroots Realtor of the Year, South Carolina Association of Realtors. Robert continues his education and experiences in Commercial Real Estate through many Leadership and continuing education avenues, such as the ICSC – International Council of Shopping Centers Symposiums and is a graduate of The South Carolina Realtor’s Leadership Academy.

I am a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance with a concentration in corporate finance. Before joining Pratt and Company at RE/MAX Pro Realty I was a mortgage banker for five years. This allows me to more effectively serve my client's needs because of an in-depth knowledge of financing products and the parameters that surround them. I specialize in high-end new construction homes as well as commercial properties in The Lowcountry.
When I am not working I enjoy doing anything on the water, especially fishing. I also love following college football.
